Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a?Family Entertainment Center?in Abu Dhabi with a independent F&B component. Our client is looking to hire a Operations Manager who will be responsible for handling the operations and management of both the entertainment & F&B component.- Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability- Knowledge of principles and practices of operations management, regulations concerning facility operations; laws, ordinances and principles of safety and security- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize staff work assignments.- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)Requirements- Powerful leading skills and business orientation- Customer management skills- Strong organizational skills- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Highly fluent in English.
