Job Summary:- Supervise the Vending Technician/Filler team and set their daily schedule plan based on the planning system assign the machine to be visited and monitor the execution plans of Vending Technician/Filler routes in order to meet machines coverage and technical problem resolution of the machine with minimum return and efficient utilization of resources.Principle Accountabilities: Setup the Journey Plans for Vending Technician/Filler routes- Set the daily journey plans for delivery based on the planning system - Supervise the technician/filler on their daily work by setting their objectives on the system. - Ensure orders? fulfillment within the given time frame.- Ensure fair distribution of all assigned machine based on each Vending Technician/Filler working hours- Assign all machine technical issues that raised to the nearest Vending Technician/FillerCoordinating with Workshop, warehouse, and other departments- Coordinate with workshop team for machine relocation/placement/major fix.- Coordinate with other departments (Finance, IT and Fleet) in order to eliminate waste of time.- Plan manpower requirements and/or reallocation of manpower between the different areas.- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure an accurate loading of vans based on the system recommendation.- Liaise with HR for employees administrative issues.Handling market day-to-day issues- Deal promptly with customers? complaints.- Ensure on time deliveries.- Ensure customer satisfaction via regular surveys and/or face to face meetings.- Facilitate delivery process through coordination between Vending Technician/Filler and other departments.Handling the Physical machine key allocation - Setup the logging mechanism for all machine keys allocation on daily basis - Ensure return of the keys from the Vending Technician/Filler by the end of the day after store and cashier settlement - Ensure minimum stock return and damage handling System utilization and reports generation- Monitor daily reports generated by dispatchers and take the necessary action.- Generate regular KPIs reports monitoring team performance.- Ensure proper utilization of SAP system and telemetry system and mobile apps.- Report to the Vending management the necessary report- Maintain the daily activities log and make sure timey closure Education, Skills and Experience:- Bachelor Degree is a must, Master degree preferable with 2yrs experience as supervisor/manager of relevant business (FMCG)- Knowledge of administrative and logistics and distribution background- Excellent computer skills, SAP and Excel- Strong analytical, mathematical organizational and monitoring skills- Strong personality with sufficient supervisory skills- Ability to work under pressure.
