1. Involve in Gas turbine startup/ shutdown activities, perform troubleshooting of gas , manage material procurements ,2. Develop and seek approval for the monthly maintenance schedule of power generation and desalination units of Mubarraz Island, ensuring alignment to the annual maintenance plan and control the implementation of schedule as per set timelines, HSE & Quality standards,3. Coordinate and communicate with maintenance section for ensuring alignment to the annual maintenance plan and control the implementation of schedule as per set timelines, HSE and Quality standards,4. Prepare Mubarraz utility section?s budget proposals based on the company?s production and maintenance plan and coordinate all related activities in compliance with approved budget and timeline,5. Assist the Senior Plant Operation Supervisor, giving necessary inputs for the development of Processing Section?s budgets,6. Support the development, implementation and regular review of management & maintenance policies, procedures and systems for utility operations to ensure consistent & systematic application of best practices and to improve operational performance.7. Communicate the approved operational procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner,8. Plan daily Work Orders, visit site, analyse priority of maintenance activities, carry out risk assessments of all work orders and prepare Permit to Work (PTW) in order to ensure effective risk mitigation and completion of tasks as per ADOC ?Quality/HSE procedures.9. Prepare Work Orders for maintenance and repair of defective equipment and passes to the maintenance unit of Mubarraz Island whenever their assistant is required, follows up work progress and reports work completion upon confirmation by test operation.10. Attends to urgent and emergency repair and maintenance work.11. Notifies concerned departments in emergency cases on the estimated time for carrying out maintenance works and advises on alternate measures and the operation of stand by units as may be required.
