Responsible for assisting RE for controlling project activities for all related NOC works
Independently handle the NOC applications in the RTA Portal (Information NOC, Trial Trench ,Construction NOC and revalidation NOCs and as-built handing over) and all necessary follow up with all authorities.
Following /checking all NOC letters (Arabic/ English) , Documents for getting approval from Municipality / Authorities & etc.
Following , monitoring the Trial Trench N.O.C. as well as Construction N.O.C. and and making sure about all the submittal are addressing to the respective authorities and to attend the meeting.
Coordinating along with all authorities along with contractor to avoid any delays of obtaining the work permit /NOCS
Making Sure , contractor will full fill all the authorities requirement
