The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring mangers to identify and attract top talent.Client DetailsOur client is a top tier local government entity with a fast - paced visionary culture.DescriptionCollaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job postings, and create sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing job offers.Use creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with candidates, including utilising social media, job boards, and other recruiting tools.Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including timely communication and feedback.Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.ProfileBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with extensive experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the hiring process. Experience recruiting for a variety of roles and functions, including technical and non-technical positions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Job OfferExposure across the Abu Dhabi Government ecosystem, with a clear progression path for the UAE nationals, as well as a highly competitive compensation package.
