The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
  • UAE National with Family Book
  • 8+ years of experience in a Learning & Development, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning and development strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
