We?re looking for a true travel expert. Help customer/corporates plan perfectly organized trips online, over the telephone or by email. Provide end-to-end service while organizing a trip, from booking the tickets to reserving the hotels to creating the itinerary. Experience with ticketing, exchanges for complex multi-segment international and domestic fares, and PNRs Booking Portal experience is required. (Ticketing, reissue, refund, quality control, and ticketing skills are preferred.) Proven work experience in the sales department in a travel agency. Build seasonal travel packages based on market trends and promotional fares. Keep up to date with travel trends, restrictions rules and regulations in the region. Candidates should possess decisive and successful Sales skills, problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have effective verbal communication skills. Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual, etc.).
