Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-reputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Trainee Process Operator to handle semi-automatic and manual deboning processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the meat and poultry processing industry and a strong understanding of food safety, equipment handling, and production efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Operate semi-automatic and manual deboning processes efficiently.- Read and understand complex equipment manuals and standard operational procedures.- Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures diligently.- Conduct regular machine condition checks.- Perform preventive maintenance based on PM checklists.- Prepare materials and assemble equipment before starting the line.- Monitor production equipment and adjust parameters as per standard protocols.- Assist with minor maintenance during troubleshooting and repairs.- Report any non-conformance related to process, safety, or food quality.- Support the production supervisor in meeting the schedule.- Complete and interpret control charts accurately.- Manage material ordering and inventory.- Minimize product loss, waste, scrap, and rework.Requirements- Minimum 7 years of production experience in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.- At least 5 years as an Operator/Technician in multinational companies - Diploma or High School qualification.- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).Benefits- Salary plus Benefits.- Opportunity to work with a leading food manufacturing company.- Career growth and development opportunities.- Dynamic and professional work environment.
