Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Food Manufacturing company. We are looking for a Trainee Process Operator (Gizzard Machine) to operate complex machinery on the production line and support efficiency, safety, and product quality in a poultry processing facilityResponsibilities:- Operate gizzard machine and associated production line equipment.- Read and understand safety, quality, and operational procedures and manuals.- Conduct regular checks on machine conditions.- Perform preventive maintenance as per standard PM checklists.- Prepare materials and assemble equipment for production startup.- Monitor equipment performance and adjust parameters as needed.- Support minor troubleshooting and repair tasks.- Report any non-conformities or issues in process, safety, food safety, or quality to the supervisor or maintenance team.- Assist production supervisor in achieving scheduled output.- Fill and interpret control charts for operations and productivity systems.- Handle material ordering and inventory requirements.- Prevent product loss and reduce process waste.- Minimize scrap and rework generationRequirements- Minimum 7 years of production experience in Meat & Poultry Processing industry.- At least 5 years as Operator/Technician in multinational company- Education: Diploma or High School Certificate.- Must have working English proficiencyBenefits- Salary plus benefits- Career advancement opportunities with a well-established food manufacturing company.- A supportive and structured work environment with international exposure.- Professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and career growth.
