Understand the process to define, specify and qualifying program tooling requirements from bid through to releasing tools to production
Understand the design of (new) tools basis the specification derived from the data shared by customers
Manufacture tools basis the specification shared by the senior engineer/ engineering manager
Implement improvements to the tooling process to enhance the effectiveness and reduce the cost
Keep abreast with tooling methodologies, propose new research concepts, carryout the research and document the results under guidance.
Support team in providing tooling maintenance support to the organization
Stakeholder Management
Participate in internal weekly meetings to update the stakeholders on the status of tooling related to one scope of work, highlight any critical risks and share the mitigation plan

Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a world-class service.
Contribute in cost-efficient usage of all applicable resources to reduce wastage and unnecessary expense.
in order to create simple composite models and engineering drawings, provide inputs on design dispositions, prepare simple repair work instructions and Finite Element Modeling of composite components or assemblies under guidance
