Good communication in English and Hindi Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting. Analytical skills for identifying and resolving timekeeping discrepancies.Job Responsibilities: Time Tracking: Accurately record and track employees work hours, including regular hours, overtime, vacation time, sick leave, and other types of absences. Time Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports summarizing employee hours worked, detailing any discrepancies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Time Entry: Input and maintain time and attendance data in the organizations designated system or software. This may involve manual data entry or the use of electronic timekeeping tools. Verification: Review time-cards, time-sheets, and attendance records for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that they match actual work hours. Communication: Interact with employees and supervisors to resolve time-related issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on timekeeping policies and procedures.
