Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test cases aligned with the project?s scope and objectives along with SI leads.
Create Detailed Test plan, including resource requirements, test schedule and test data
Lead a team of test engineers, providing guidance, mentorship and ensuring effective collaboration
Oversee the execution of test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of functionalities
Monitor and analyse test results, identify and address issues promptly
Lead defect triage sessions and ensure the defects are fixed within SLA
Establish and maintain robust regression testing framework
Collaborate with the project stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and technical teams, to understand the project scope, testing requirements, and objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end testing process, including system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing in SAP other 3rd party systems.
Coordinate with the project team to set up test environments, data, and configurations required for testing activities.
