Telesales Executive - Real EstateJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesJob Responsibilities :•Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote real estate properties.•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.•Schedule appointments for property viewings and follow up on client inquiries.•Present and pitch properties in an engaging and persuasive manner.•Maintain an updated database of client information and interactions.•Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.•Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and competitor activities.Requirements :•Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.•Strong communication and negotiation skills.•Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.•Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.•Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.•Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
