No field sales, sales on calls
Mandatory banking experience in sales whether in home country or UAE or from a sales profile
Should already have own customer database at least bare minimum 500 customers
To increase own customer database via referrals or by network marketing

Target oriented able to achieve targets on the stipulated time period and have capability to work under pressure
Housewifes are also welcomed who wants to work in their free time specifically the ones whose spouse/husband is working in bank so that it would be easier to get business of the product
There is no cap in earning maximum incentives over and above your salary
Candidate who have Good contacts in banking sector like friends, relatives would be a plus point to get business faster and earn good commissions
