Job Description

Our Client is a recognized player in the Construction industry, part of a large holding group, responsible for prestigious projects within the UAE & KSA.The incumbent will be involved in the below functions :

  • Overall technical management of projects while focusing on time, cost, and quality to ensure the project is delivered up to the highest standards and in timely manner.
  • Process Review
  • Assist the Planning department in preparing program of work while highlighting the technical challenges.
  • Outline and prepare RFP in a Design and Build project.
  • Close follow up on the consultants scope of work and list of Deliverables in a Design and Build project.
  • Follow the correct procedures, policies, and documentation requirements across different project phases.
  • Work closely with all departments to implement and maintain workflow.
  • Prepare technical requirements and responsibility matrices for sub-contractor contracts in full coordination with the Procurement, operation, and commercial Departments.
  • Review technical evaluation report for the subcontractors & suppliers quotations.
  • Identify pre-qualification process requirements and assist in the Subcontractors review submittals.
  • Monitor and Control Design changes while assessing Cost and Schedule impact.
  • Prepare periodic reports indicating the status of project technical submissions.
  • Supervise preparation and execution of mock-up shop drawings and quality benchmarks.
  • Provide technical support during the Projects execution.
  • Assist in Project Closure Documentation.
Candidate requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture
  • 10 Years PQE in the field of Architecture in the UAE region.
  • Experience with main contractors is a must
  • On-site experience a must
  • Experience in building projects (high rises, residential towers, villa complexes, commercial & retail)
