ob description & requirements:Work LocationAbu Dhabi OfficeLeave Cycle335/30Working HoursAbu Dhabi: 07:00 to 15:00 (5-days a week)Air TicketRound trip - Economy class providedMedicalHealth Insurance providedContract TypeContract HireFoodSubsidized Food will be providedSalaryAED 7,000 per month (including accommodation allowance)Other conditionsAll other conditions will be as per UAE/ABU DHABI LABOUR LAW.Qualification (minimum)Bachelors degree (or equivalent)Experience (minimum)5 + years relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry is preferredShould have experience in the oil and gas sector as Technical Clerk specifically within FEED and EPC projects& Responsibilities* Shall co-ordinate and correspond with all project Contractors; follow up all tender/contract drawings & document submissions as per Project requirement.* Compile, maintain and file all physical and computerized reports, records and other documents required, including auditable finance records to adhere to department’s data management requirements.* Prepare necessary correspondence related to contracts; follow up project progress; ensure submission of necessary drawings, documents and material approvals related to project; coordinate with all project staff at offshore/site; manage documentation and related drawings; prepare final Tender Documents and prepare Contract Documents.* Accurate submission of data for compilation of periodic reports* Monitor the status of Budget activities, track the expenses and forecast the budget for the projects. Review of Tender Documents (other than scope of works); prepare of contract documents, work orders, materials requests; arrange meeting with contractor; prepare of MOMs; instructions from Superiors and quality standards; to facilitate the Departmental Operations.* Assist in preparation of annual budget forecast, year-end financial closing and capitalization of assets report to facilitate timely preparation of annual budget in order to support the budget forecasting requirements.* Attend site visits with contractors; organize/coordinate site visits of bidders; attend project meetings with contractors; attend site inspections during material delivery & handover and prepare reports; coordinate with concerned Department during Marine Transportation related to projects and prepare MOMs for all the meetings attendedKnowledge & SkillsKnowledge of basic financial and accounting principlesProficiency with office productivity applications and aptitude for learning new systemsTime ManagementAccurate data entry skillsGood numerical concept understandingGood at Teamwork & CooperationExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail Company Profile TYCHE HR Consultancy is a leading human resource consultancy specializing in recruitment, sourcing, headhunting for permanent placements, outsourcing, local, and overseas hiring.
