Technical Coordinator / Site ArchitectJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :?Coordination with the project manager, construction manager, technical manager, and other project team members in discussing technical-related issues or concerns.?Coordination with the subcontractors for their engineering works, including but not limited to the following:?Checking their drawings?Follow up on their materials, samples, and other submissions.?Follow up with the technical and production teams.?Preparing reports and keeping records?As-built drawing approvals?Meetings with the Client / Consultants or other stakeholders for approvals and follow ups?Checking drawings to meet the contract drawing and the project specification?Manage the project technical teamRequirements :?At least 5 or more years experience in similar position?Has a Bachelors Degree in Architecture?Preferably, with strong knowledge in the UAE construction industry
