The Talent Resourcing Specialist will be involved in all generalist Human Resources activities to support and contribute to the overall success of the Human Resources strategy.Main responsibilities of the role are managing all aspects of the recruitment process including; preparation of advertisements, create & development of job descriptions, participation in the interview process followed by selection of qualified applicants and reference checks, assisting in developing recruitment strategies and assuring efficient and timely hiring of all colleagues.
