Talent Acquisition Specialist / RecruiterJob Location : UAERoles & Responsibilities :?Develop and execute recruiting plans for oil and gas positions?Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and industry events?Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for roles?Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements?Maintain candidate databases and keep accurate records of recruitment activities?Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process?Stay updated on industry trends and changes to stay competitive in the market?Build relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates?Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in recruitment processes?Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment processDesired Candidate Profile :?Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field?Certification in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition preferred?Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting for the oil and gas industry?Preferably experience working in international recruitment or with diverse nationalities?Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus?Strong technical skills in using recruitment software and databases?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills?Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines?Detail-oriented and organized approach to work?Physical ability to attend industry events and travel as needed
