Talent Acquisition SpecialistJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Identify, attract, and acquire top talent to meet the manpower requirements of our Business Entities and Functions.•Talent Management: Develop and maintain a database of candidate and employee records, ensuring timely and accurate updates.•Business Partnership: Collaborate with Business Entity or Function hiring managers to determine new talent requirements and ensure the best fit for existing talent.•Documentation and Compliance: Produce and maintain relevant documentation relating to talent acquisition, including offer letters, contracts, immigration, and legal submissions.•Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with third-party providers, including executive search firms and recruitment agencies.Requirements :•Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition concepts and practices.•Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex recruitment challenges and develop effective solutions.
