Job Description

We are seeking for Talent Acquisition with the following responsibilities:

  • Develop a systematic approach to plan an efficient hiring schedule for the prescribed profiles.
  • Utilize various platforms to attract professionals for various organizational profiles.
  • Carry out the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing candidates conducting initial assessments, 1st line interviews and offers
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
