Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team, on a 6- month contract basis.If you have experience matching the criteria below, we would like to hear from you. Please note you would need to be currently based in the UAE.Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development, implementation and execution of our organisations recruitment strategy, plans, policies and procedures
  • Support the ongoing sourcing and recruitment of future talent in coordination with the business and in alignment with the overall manpower and Emiratisation plan
  • Support and execute the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing through to job offers and supporting onboarding
  • Participate in identifying and using key sourcing channels for recruitment, which include the EWEC website, job boards, social media channels, recruitment agencies, executive search firms, referrals, universities and colleges
  • Proven experience in ATS implementation
  • Contribute to the preparation of job postings to source candidates for roles
  • Source and screen suitable candidates aligned to role specific requirements
  • Support with the monitoring and reporting or recruiting activities to senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for respective departments.
  • Support the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices
  • Adhere to EWEC values (including sustainability, integrity, collaboration and innovation)
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of extensive experience within a leading Talent Acquisition team
  • Experience in Energy/Utility sector preferred
  • Experience in ATS implementation preferred
  • Experience in a diverse/multi-cultural business industry (obtained from medium to large organisation)
