Systems Data analyst - Etihad Aviation Training Systems Data analyst - Etihad Aviation Training Location: Abu Dhabi, AE #job-location.job-location-inline { display: inline; }SynopsisThe purpose of this role is to identify opportunities in Corporate Safety & Quality department and recommend decision making process to Divisional heads. Ensure all systems and process changes run through a change management board.Accountabilities

  • Identify the opportunities through data modelling and recommend decisions to the relevant stake holders
  • Working within the business or the operational department management team to establish business needs using data modelling
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation process
  • Design and implement data integration and Business Intelligence solutions in line with management.
  • Driving process automation and implementation of process improvements to align Management strategy
  • Managing the on-time execution of all Analytical programs and deliverables in support of the cross-functional development of Advanced Analytics
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
  • Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
  • Working in a variety of reporting systems and databases for the creation of recurring reports and dashboards
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor?s degree with Computer science/Engineering or statistics
  • Certifications in Data Analytical capability will be added advantage
  • Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
  • 5+ years of proven working experience as a Systems Analyst and/or Data Modeler
