Job Description

We are looking for a System Integration Engineer who will be responsible for managing different research and development projects in the area of Communication intelligence, spectrum monitoring and Direction finding.Job responsibilities:

  • Managing the full product development lifecycle from idea, requirements, system architecture, prototyping, design, implementation, qualification, verification, testing, and qualification
  • Define and lead the system and software architecture for the products under his responsibility
  • Support the CTOs in preparing, planning, and executing the R&D roadmap for the next 3-4 years
  • Product management ? high level planning, budgeting, and daily follow up
  • Providing potential clients technical support and expertise in the field of signal intelligence
Requirements:
  • Bachelors, Master or PHD degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 10+ years of System Integration Engineer of Communication Intelligent products in the area of VHF/UHF frequency range
  • Hands on experience and deep technical understanding of various COMINT products
  • Understanding the market, the players, and different ways of implementing the different solutions
  • Solid people management and coaching experience ? as direct management as well as matrix management
Other requirements:
  • Product management of embedded systems (Hardware, Software, Firmware, FPGA)
  • Transparent about prioritization and roadmap processes
  • Ability to make evidence-based decisions and effectively communicate about them
  • Strong communication skills with senior business leader
