Due to planned current and future expansion we are looking to add to our People and Culture Team supporting our British, US and IB curricula network of schools. The successful candidates will be closely aligned with our core values and ethos and possess a genuine understanding and appreciation of the values of the region.Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to support the Manager HRMS & Analytics and the wider People and Culture department in managing Oracle Fusion daily transaction, maintenance and basic configuration. Also support the collating, analysing and presenting data which will be used to support various business functionsJob Responsibilities:* Manage the day to day transaction, maintenance and basic configuration of HCM Oracle Fusion* Primary point of contact for any employee concern related to HCM. Ensure proper escalation to IT for any technical issues.* Ensure timely response on HCM services following the set SLA* Proper tracking of HCM issues for analysis, review and resolution* Liase with Systems & Data Manager for any high-level issue* Ensure consistency of people data in Oracle Fusion. Work with internal team and HROs during audit and correction of inaccurate data.* Maintain built-in reports in Oracle and develop new ones as needed by the business. Work with Systems & Data Manager and IT on raising bugs and issue, as well as requesting new reports.* Continuously look for business pain points, opportunities for enhancement and process/workflow streamlining in the system and data.* Work with the wider system & data team to connect people data for monthly reporting and data governance.* Provide guidance to junior team members particularly on managing report templates outside Oracle.* Work with internal HR team on data governance. Ensure standard reports are maintained and updated accordingly during month end report.* Bring shape to data, maintain the quality and accuracy for analytics and reporting purposes* Regular interactions with stakeholders and peers to understand challenges and recommend solutions from data and HRMS* Support the understanding of business pain points and deployment of new solutions in HRMS* Work with the HROs on data management and data governance activities* Work with the Data & Systems Manager to build a strong culture of constructive thinking and togetherness* Performs other duties/tasks as assigned and if requiredQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:* BSc/BA in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant fieldMinimum Experience:* Experience working with different stakeholders business, peers and management* Experience working in education industry is an advantage* 3+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion HCM is needed* Experience in HCM configuration and setup* Experience on data maturity model (particularly data operations, quality and accuracy)* Experience working with IT, understanding SLA and service-oriented support* Experience on BI reporting and dashboard is a plusJob Specifics, Knowledge & Skills* Analytical mind with high aptitude in problem solving* Confidence to work with other team members internal and external* Can communicate himself clearly on different levels* Keen eye on data quality and accuracy. Can understand and catch changes on pattern and trends* Able to confidently communicate risk and issues* Knowledge on database and SQL* In depth knowledge with MS Excel, formulas, and automation.
