The System Architect, as a part of the infrastructure implementation project team, is responsible to provide set of implementation & support services of new solutions to customers, and or help the infrastructure pre-sales team in building proper state of the art solutions Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:· Assigned complex and critical projects that involve several technical systems and constituents· Designs, implements, monitors, enhances and troubleshoots servers & storage systems in assigned projects· Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience· Tests and reviews infrastructure system designs· Reviews project plans and designs, and advises on improvements· Prepare technical design and implementation documentation for systems infrastructure projects· Troubleshoot issues directly or indirectly related to server & storage systems from an end to end perspective· Support enterprise storage systems by responding to incidents, restoring service quickly, and investigating root causes for outages and maintaining incident logs· Contribute to the technology roadmap of the company
