Perform all the duties, roles, & responsibilities of Construction PQP (PBRS & PCRS) / LEED AP ?to achieve Estidama pearl rating / LEED rating system with a target credit points.
Monitor & Control the site construction activities to assure compliance with Estidama / LEED requirements and to address any non-conformance and recommend the required corrective action.
Providing Environmental consultancy, while preparing technical reports with the help of data collection, site visits, liaison with client and relevant authorities. Responsible for EIA, PER, CEMP, Waste Management Plans.
Verify on all submittals (Drawings and Materials) to ensure their compliance with Estidama /LEED before submitting to consultant for approval.
Coordinate Testing and Commissioning Process with Estidama / LEED requirements to assure solid conformity with Estidama related Credit Points.
Prepare & Develop Estidama / LEED Construction Rating Final Submission Folder to be submitted to ADM/ DMT / USGBC for pearl Rating / LEED Approval.
