Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE:Supervise & Manage the day to day maintenance activities of all plants in the assigned area in a cost effective manner through systematic planning & proper utilisation of resources to uninterrupted & efficient services.4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Maintenance PlanningTo plan & ensure execution of all plants maintenance activities (Mechanical) in the assigned area to ensure reliability and continuity of their operations.

  • To prepare Work order, verify and approve status report to ensure proper resource allocation to jobs.
  • Maintenance Plan
  • Breakdown Status Report
Preventive MaintenanceTo plan and ensure implementation of preventive maintenance programs (Mechanical) for all plants in the assigned area to decrease forced outages and to maintain designed output.Preventive Maintenance Schedule & Compliance ReportDecrease in corrective maintenance incidentsCorrective Maintenance
  • To plan, prioritise and ensure implementation of corrective maintenance programs (Mechanical) in all plants in the assigned area in order to minimise downtime and decrease outage duration.
  • Minimize Breakdown of Equipments
Cost Control
  • Ensure all activities of maintenance work (Mechanical) for all plant in assigned area with budgetary limits to ensue budgetary compliance.
  • Financial Variances versus Budget
Outages
  • To plan and manage effective handling of major and minor outages in coordination with the contractors in the assigned area within predefined scope of work to minimise downtime.
  • Minimum downtime
