Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Family Entertainment Center in Abu Dhabi with a independent F&B component. Our client is looking to hire a Supervisor who will be responsible for handling the operations of the Center.?- At least 3 years in a supervisory/ managerial/ leadership role handling operations in a Family Entertainment Center (FEC), ideally a trampoline park.- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching- Receive complaints and resolve problemsRequirements- Excellent communication & leadership skills- Knowledge of principles and practices of operations management, regulations concerning facility operations; laws, ordinances and principles of safety and security.- Ability to manage difficult situations and unusual problems involving interpretation of policies, review & complaints.- Ability to select, train, supervise and evaluate staff.- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize staff work assignments.- Ability to work independently; establish and maintain effective working relationships with others- Highly fluent in English.
