Job Title: Supervisor, Civil Maintenance ABOUT THE COMPANY:We are a UAE based refiner with a global reach. Since 2009 we have been operating a research center dedicated to expanding our scientific understanding and developing the latest technology.Like every other ADNOC company, we are dedicated to maintaining a 100% HSE record and improving our People, Performance, Profitability, and Efficiency.ABOUT THE JOB:Supervise and perform civil maintenance services in the plant to ensure plant availability and facilitate safe operations.Job Specific AccountabilitiesCivil Works Executionu2022 Process civil work orders to control backlog and ensure availability of required resources to complete the job safely and on time.u2022 Plan, schedule, execute and supervise the civil works to ensure reliability, availability and safe operations.u2022 Initiate, process service request to avail the services of on call service Contractor in time for operating, emergencies, planned and unplanned shutdowns.u2022 Inspect / follow up tasks progress and provide report to ensure timely and quality job execution.u2022 Provide technical support, prepare scope of work, contracts, cost reporting and participate in negotiation for repair to meet required standards and cost effectiveness.u2022 Provide input to the preparation of critical maintenance procedures/ risk assessment for civil tasks, investigate and identify root cause for major maintenance and suggest appropriate control measures.u2022 Ensure that maintenance records, fault reports, logbooks are kept up-to-date to ensure timely work completion.u2022 Participate and conduct daily /weekly safety toolbox talks to discuss on safety and methods of completing job tasks.u2022 Supervise the testing and commissioning of new or modified equipment or systems, ensuring that repairs/ installations conform to correct methods and safety procedures.u2022 Inspect work areas to ensure safe work conditions and maintain the tool and equipment in good condition to ensure the uninterrupted availability to carryout routine and emergency works.Materials Control.u2022 Monitor inventory of materials and parts for scheduled jobs to ensure smooth operations.u2022 Prepare list of spares, tools and materials required for civil works and issue the Purchase/Material requisitions. Inspect new materialsu2019 specifications to meet specifications and suitability.MINIMUN QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role for civil maintenance activities within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry Revenues/ Budget: As per approved financial budget.
