We are currently selecting forSTRUCTURAL SITE SUPERVISORRef code:CR_ 2208-100_ STRUCTURAL SITE SUPERVISORJob SummaryThe role of the STRUCTURAL SITE SUPERVISOR is to supervise the execution of assembly and erection works, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, verifying that works are correctly carried out in accordance with the project documentation and in the planned time frame. He/ she will provide support to integrate sub-assemblies and complete the product, including Mechanical Completion preparation for load-out, sea transportation and offshore hook-up.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and Experience* At least 8 years of previous experience in a similar position* Proficiency in EnglishCORE WORK ACTIVITIES* Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected* Ensure the fulfillment of the project quality and contractual requirements* Verify and confirm the availability of drawings, materials and equipment to plan the efficient execution of the works performed by subcontractors or by assigned direct hiring personnel* Prepare and coordinate the detailed programs for the assigned activities* Coordinate the interfaces with prefabrication activities* Coordinate human and technical resources assigned, indicating any needs or surplus* Coordinate subcontractor involved in the assembly stages* Assist subcontractors or assigned direct hiring personnel for the correct interpretation of the drawings, providing support in the solution of technical problems* Supervise the execution of structural and/or piping erection activities checking that non-destructive controls are carried out and released before painting* Supervise preparation and execution of Mechanical Completion* Verify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with the project specifications, highlighting any engineering problems encountered in the field* Measure the progress of the works carried out* Provide quantitative data for producing weekly progress reports, monitoring the employed manpower* Ensure the continuous assessment of the quantities installed* Organize working area based on assigned activities to improve HSE and overall efficiency.Location:UAE, Abu Dhabi (Site)Contract duration:full timeStarting date:October 2022Working schedule:10hr/ 6 days or 12hr/ 7 days (depending on the project)Salary range:NAProfile Middle East is an equal opportunity employer.
