Structural Engineer (Site)Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Supervise and monitor daily site structural activities to ensure quality, safety, and progress.•Ensure that construction progresses according to approved drawings, project schedule, and specifications.•Review structural drawings, method statements, and material submittals.•Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project management teams to resolve site issues.•Inspect formwork, reinforcement, and concrete works prior to casting.•Identify and address on-site technical and construction challenges promptly.•Maintain accurate site records, inspection reports, and progress documentation.•Support QA/QC and HSE requirements related to structural works.Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering.•5–10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or civil construction projects (bridges, culverts, tunnels, retaining walls.).•Strong practical knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site coordination.•Familiarity with local authority standards.•Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of design software is a plus.•Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.•Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities under pressure.
