As the Strategy Planning Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Strategy and will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of existing projects as well as the development of new strategies within the entity.Client DetailsThis is a government organisation exploring a broad range of new strategic initiatives for Abu Dhabi to create a lasting impact.DescriptionOperate in a hands-on capacity to design cross functional strategies while driving overall performance.Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data, to conduct feasibility studies, market analysis and prepare applicable business cases.Analyse and interpret data to identify relevant insights to assess the existing governance model and/or develop relevant recommendations for its improvement.Liaise with and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while providing them with relevant data and findings to drive their decision-making processProfileAn undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, preferably in the fields of economics, business administration, finance, public policy, or engineering.An MBA or relevant masters degree is strongly beneficial but not essential.Must have 8 - 10 years experience in strategy consulting in the public services sector within a top strategy consulting firm or a mix of strategy consulting and relevant experience in a public sector entity.Excellent logical reasoningStrong familiarity with strategic models, metrices and best practicesJob OfferAttractive, tax-free salary Opportunity to work on high-profile initiatives with influential stakeholders
