Job Description

<b>Job details:</b><br /> Oversees, plan and maintain the Shared Government Solutions Strategy and plans with full alignment with Companys strategy and with consultation with relevant stakeholders.<br />Lead the development of the strategic objectives, targets, and priorities in alignment with Companys strategy, and with consultation with relevant stakeholders.<br />Oversee & contribute in the implementation and achievement of the strategic objectives and goals with collaboration with relevant stakeholders.<br /> Maintain a roadmap and plan for the shared government solutions programs in alignment with Companys strategy with collaboration with relevant stakeholders.<br />Oversee and provide advisory for the planned and existing programs, projects, operations across the sector in coordination with concerned stakeholders.<br />Champion the efforts for identifying shared technology platforms, solutions, and operations with innovation and consolidation to realize additional synergies across Abu Dhabi government.<br />Collect and analyze key sectors inputs and reports and provide advisory feedback from and for all sections at the shared government solutions sector.<br />Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices related to shared government solutions new and existing programs, projects, operation across the sector.<br />Perform and contributing to assigned tasks by management.<br />Work on continuous improvement framework to Revise existing systems and suggest improvements<br /> Drive strategic alignment between the Sector Departments to ensure synergies and strategic value realization<br />Provide advisory inputs on the strategy and guide the introduction of new initiatives and projects<br />Coaching and mentoring colleagues to building their capabilities<br />Perform any other functional duties or activities as assigned by the line manager<br /><b>Corporate</b><b></b><b>Responsabilities:</b><b><br /></b>Manage and monitor operations in line with the Sector/Departments governance framework, policies, and procedures<br />Ensure compliance with risk management and organizational Pioneering guidelines.<br />Contribute on preparing required reports as per the reporting requirements internally and externally where applicable<br />Search and identify innovative ideas and opportunities to overcome challenges and enhance activities based on functional requirements.<br />Drive and oversee change management initiatives within the department/sector<br />Deliberate and push the adoption of innovative ideas and solutions to overcome<br />Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve capabilities and technical skills related to the sections functional requirements.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Requirements<b>Academic Qualifications</b><br />BSc. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other related Information Technology degree.<br />Strong numeracy and good statistical skills<br />Technical certificate/degree in analytics and insights, strategy, business administration, government administration<br />Analytical and keen attention to detail<br />Excellent problem-solving skills<br />Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance<br />Proven experience as Business/ IT Consultant<br />Experience in project management<br />A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills<br />Proactive and results-oriented<br />Strong consulting skills, e.g., solid financial and business acumen, structured and abstract thinking, analytical and creative problem solving, project management, prioritizing, communication, an
