Strategy Consultant, JuniorThe Challenge:Are you passionate about helping organizations understand and reach their goals? We?re looking for you: a strategy consultant, mid who can identify an organization?s long-term goals and show it how to achieve them.This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on different industries and sectors. As a strategy consultant on our team, you?ll engage with client staff to research and analyze their organization?s needs, goals, and potential growth areas. You?ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client?s objectives and vision. You?ll provide analytical support to your team as they show clients their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to modernize and transform their industry or sector. Join us as we lead change for the better. This position will require international travel up to 75% of the time.You Have:

  • Experience in a professional work environment
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to solve case studies effectively
  • Ability to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences in verbal and written forms effectively
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 75% of the time
  • Bachelor?s degree
