As an Strategic Transformation Project Manager you will be deployed across the various organisations within the portfolio to perform strategic restructuring, transformation and business improvement engagements to enable the continued growth of the companyClient DetailsA leading holding group in the region with a diverse portfolio, looking for experienced strategic transformation consultants to realise the full potentialDescriptionConduct as is assessments and developing strategic transformation plans, with clear deliverables and time frames in line with the strategic objectives of the entityEstablishing the appropriate frameworks and processes required to achieve the desired transformation Prepare and deliver detailed presentations to provide updates on project progressConduct market research and benchmarking activities, leveraging your findings accordingly in your strategic planningLiaise with and influencing key stakeholders to enable full implementation of strategic transformation initiativesProfile3-5 years experience in a strategy and transformation role with an international consulting firm.
