  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and monitor stock levels, anticipate demand to initiate procurement activities avoiding stockouts.
  • Receive incoming shipments of raw materials and supplies and verify their quality and quantity.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Organize and arrange inventory in a systematic and efficient manner, ensuring proper storage conditions and adherence to food safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records and prepare inventory reports, including stock levels, usage, and trends, to support decision-making and inventory planning processes.
