  • Generate reports for stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure team members always maintain a professional appearance and motivate them to achieve daily goals.
  • Consistently meet KPIs set by upper management, while optimizing store performance and efficiency and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with online delivery partners to ensure efficient deliveries and strive for top ratings on delivery platforms.
  • Maintain daily product quality, ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the store, and provide good customer service.
