1.????Understanding the Warehouse management system and how it interfaces with customer systems. 2.????Maintaining acceptable levels of ongoing knowledge of WMS system.?3.????Planning, monitoring and executing the system of cycle counting across all WMS accounts. 4.????Executing random audit counts at location and product level and view balance to WMS system. 5.????Working alongside various clients to prepare for financial stock takes and bring to resolution all discrepancies post stock takes. 6.????Working alongside Client Services Representatives to ensure that processes are followed. 7.????Providing assistance with regard to improvement of processes which has an impact on efficiencies in the warehouse. 8.????Ensuring that system to system reconciliations and mismatch reporting is carried out. 9.????Reporting any issues of non-conformance. 10.??Fixing all stock control issues in a timely manner. 11.??Ensuring integrity of product with no damage. 12.??Reacting to troubleshooting requirements. 13.??Preparing necessary reports on stock counts, inbound & outbound status reports, stock movement, ageing report and any other reports as required by customer. 14.??Ensuring that all exceptions (Inbound variances, pick variances, expiry dates are recorded in WMS and that exception reporting are accurate. 15.??Developing and maintaining regular reporting to demonstrate inventory accuracy.16.?Maximize all aspects of stock control and minimize stock losses in food storage area in order to support the warehouse team towards effective warehouse management.17.?Implement food safety standards, policies and procedures at all times.18.??Responsible for 100% accuracy of the master data for assigned area of responsibility. 19.??Elevating potential problems and opportunities for improvement to line manager20.???Performing any other related duties/projects assigned by line manager from time to time to meet business exigencies.?
