Your role will focus on ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment among various parties involved in the project, thereby contributing to successful project delivery.Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management:˙Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government entities, local authorities, community representatives, and project partners.
  • Communication Facilitation:˙Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals, requirements, and progress.
  • Regulatory Compliance:˙Stay updated on local regulations, policies, and standards related to transport and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi, ensuring project activities align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conflict Resolution:˙Address conflicts or issues that arise between stakeholders and project teams, finding mutually beneficial resolutions to maintain project momentum and positive relationships.
  • Public Engagement:˙Organize and facilitate public consultations, meetings, and workshops to gather feedback, address concerns, and build community support for infrastructure projects.
  • Documentation and Reporting:˙Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and presentations related to stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to project management and stakeholders.
