Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the top-tier developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Our client is looking to hire aSr. Manager who will be responsible for handling all the Reclamation and Marine Works through Contractors.<br /><br />- Understand/develop/control all facets of contract formation, negotiation and management<br />- Provide technical guidance and oversight of the procurement functions to all levels of staff<br />- Strategize with consultants, contractors and suppliers Perform risk assessment on potential contracts and agreements<br />- Prepare procurement reports for the project management<br />- Provide guidance on procurement corporate governance connection with HQ<br />- Support PMC / Engineer procurement and commercial team<br /><br /><br />Requirements- University Degree preferred or QS<br />- Minimum 5 years total in GCC preferred.<br />- Total 15 years work experience.<br />- Extensive knowledge of Reclamation and Marine works<br />- Ability to work as part of a team.<br />- Must work extremely well under pressure.<br /><br />BenefitsAttractive Salary+Benefits<br />
