Sr. Purchase OfficerJob Location : UAERequirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.•Must have 5-7 years construction/fit out experience in GCC•Driving License is an added advantage.•Candidates must be available in UAEKey Responsibilities:•Identify the materials, goods, and services required for construction projects based on the project specifications and budget.•Identify potential suppliers, request quotes, and negotiate prices and terms of purchase.•Review purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.•Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and to ensure that they meet quality standards.•Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure that materials and services are delivered on time and meet project requirements.•Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and payments.•Manage and control inventory levels, and ensure that inventory is used efficiently and cost-effectively.•Keep up-to-date with market trends, new products, and new suppliers.•Resolve any issues or disputes that arise with suppliers or contractors.
