Job Description

Sr. Procurement EngineerJobs at this level are engaged in activities leading to the acquisition of a range of materials and services from approved sources to the specifications required.

  • Receives Purchase Request.
  • Prepares bidders list.
  • Receives vendor?s bids.
  • Refers technical clarifications to bidder.
  • Clarifies commercial exceptions.
  • Prepares commercial evaluations
  • Prepares bid tabulation.
  • Prepares all standard documentation.
  • Initiates insurance cover.
  • Reviews Purchase Orders.
  • Attends meetings.
  • Compliance in accordance with HSE
Requirements
  • B.Sc. in Engineering is a must
  • 10+ year?s procurement experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good standard of written and spoken English.
  • Communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
