? Project Scheduling & Planning:

Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Establish project baselines, monitor progress, and update schedules accordingly.
Identify potential delays, forecast risks, and propose corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Conduct critical path analysis (CPA) to determine key milestones and dependencies.

? Coordination, Reporting & Communication:

Collaborate with planning managers, project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to align scheduling with project requirements.
Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and schedule variance analysis to management.
Conduct regular site visits to verify project progress against planned schedules.
Ensure seamless stakeholder communication, providing updates on project timelines and potential risks.

? Risk Assessment, Change Management & Mitigation:

Analyse project risks related to scheduling, resource allocation, and external dependencies.
Recommend mitigation strategies to minimize delays and optimize efficiency.
Evaluate and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining baseline integrity.

? Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure adherence to Abu Dhabi construction regulations, project contracts, and industry standards.
Maintain updated project records, logs, and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Track all schedule revisions and change orders, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

? Additional Responsibilities:

Monitor project performance against baseline schedules and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Support manpower and resource planning by aligning schedules with workforce availability.
Accomplish any other assigned tasks by the line manager to support department efficiency and organizational goals.
