  • Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a sports arenas entertainment, retail, and food and beverage (F&B) areas.
  • Balance the financial goals of the arena with the need to provide a high-quality customer experience.
  • Attend meetings and communicate effectively with colleagues, staff, stakeholders, and suppliers regarding updates, challenges, sales and revenue data analyzation to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, including conducting regular inspections and monitoring staff adherence to procedures from hiring and training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of staff.
  • Maintain the overall image (appearance and cleanliness) of the arena and may be involved in event planning and coordination in order to maximize the commercial potential of the entertainment, retail, and F&B areas while providing an enjoyable experience for arena visitors.
