Job Description

  • Support Wealth & Trust Planning business with the principal aim of strengthening the GPB value proposition towards the UHNW and other client segments in the UAE, Switzerland, Singapore and other locations as appropriate.
  • Assist in sourcing, selection and development of propositions and strategy that enhance GPBs value proposition for Wealth & Trust Planning.
  • Assist the team in enhancing the GPB offering for UHNW and other client segments in the UAE, Switzerland, Singapore and other locations as appropriate including but not limited to the offer of services relating to estate planning, trust services, succession/inheritance and governance, etc.
  • Assist the team in delivering optimized value-added and personalized strategies/solutions, addressing clients present and planning for future needs as appropriate.
  • Assist the team in enhancement and management of the Trust platform and the related services that would be offered and implemented.
  • Supporting briefings/trainings for relationship managers and other individuals/teams as appropriate.
  • Assist the team in meeting clients with relationship managers and help with clients proposals including tailor-made solutions
  • Support to follow up on implemented structures as appropriate. Embedding of enablement functions such as legal, risk and compliance in all appropriate aspects.
  • Working closely with other members of the Investment Products and Solutions team as appropriate and/or other product teams within the bank for the offer of solutions as appropriate.
  • Day to day project management working closely with internal and external counterparties e.g., legal and compliance, operations and third-party service providers, RMD, amongst others
  • Monitoring, analysis and management/maintenance of investment products and solutions (including managing documentation)
  • Supporting the development and management of product programs
  • Support and/or manage projects as assigned by the Line Manager and/or Head of Investment Products & Solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience in project management.
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written Arabic and English)
