If you?re looking for a career that will help you stand out, kindly apply.The role holder is responsible for managing the Reports and Dashboards for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Teams and monitor performance and key metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Key Accountability

  • Collects and compiles TA metrics and data from a variety of sources including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Onboarding System, HR systems, management and employee surveys, market data & insights, competitors practices and other sources.
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
  • Filter and ?clean? data by reviewing system reports
  • Provide ongoing reports for Talent Acquisition Team and Group Human Resources
  • Produce and present reports for other business areas as required
  • Work with key stakeholders and management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Specific Accountability
  • Providing reports as per agreed schedules to Talent Acquisition Team, Emiratisation Team and GHR Reporting & Analytics Team
  • Tracking and reporting of all recruitment agency fees, enabling a complete outlook of the hiring process and recruiting budget plans
  • Using data to drive and influence recruitment and onboarding decisions across the team
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and wider business functions.
  • Act as trusted advisor to the Talent Acquisition Team, providing data driven talent insights to support the team make intelligent hiring decisions.
  • Support Emiratisation hiring by providing internal and market insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related discipline
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Intermediate or Advance user preferred)
  • High personal standards of integrity and professionalism
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 2 year of experience within a HR function
  • Experience using data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power Bi & Tableau (certification an advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
