Job Description

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Pediatric Hematology Oncologist to join our team. As a Specialist Pediatric Hematology Oncologist at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for providing specialized medical care to pediatric patients with hematological and oncological disorders.In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients with various hematological and oncological conditions, such as leukemia, lymphoma, and anemia. You will develop personalized treatment plans, administer therapies, monitor patients progress, and provide support to patients and their families throughout their treatment journey.Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose pediatric patients with hematological and oncological disorders
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on the specific condition and individual needs of each patient
  • Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other appropriate treatments
  • Monitor patients response to treatment and collaborate with the team to make any necessary adjustments to the treatment plan
  • Manage treatment-related side effects and provide supportive care
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Pediatric Hematology Oncology
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
Requirements
  • Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist Pediatric Hematology Oncologist
  • Completion of residency training in Pediatrics
  • Fellowship training in Pediatric Hematology Oncology
  • Strong knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating pediatric hematological and oncological disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up to date with advancements in Pediatric Hematology Oncology
