Job Description

Job purpose:Assist line manager in completion of Assurance testing as per approved CBG Assurance Plan.Assist line manager in creation of dashboard and MI report for monitoring.Assist line manager in conducting trainings for Business.Assist line manager in timely completion of ad-hoc assignments.Job Specific AccountabilitiesCBG Assurance Testing:

  • Conduct Business Assurance testing as per agreed timelines.
  • Support line manager in the development of the annual CBG Monitoring and Testing Plan, testing schedules, templates and associated working papers in line with CBG Assurance Plan.
  • Assist line manager in following up on the closure of Assurance findings and recommendations to CBG business.
Reporting
  • Support in developing related dashboards and MI reports highlighting productivity and gaps following monitoring and testing activities by extracting relevant data from source systems.
Compliance Training Material
  • Assist line manager in delivering Compliance related trainings and in completion of any other assigned projects.
QualificationsMinimum Qualification
  • Bachelors Degree or Higher in Management, Banking or Finance, preferably with certification in compliance or internal audit.
Minimum Experience
  • At least 5 years of business experience preferably in Compliance and/or Audit in a reputed bank.
  • Minimum of 3 experience in Governance, Monitoring and testing.
