As we embrace different ways of seeing the world, listening to each other and respecting different viewpoints, we grow stronger ? together.JOB PURPOSE:To facilitate the flow of information between FLOD Operations, Correspondent banking RFI team (CIBTMR), Group & PB Compliance and the Business for the appropriate management of alerts (AML, RFI etc.).Assist in creating dashboard and MI to report for line manager in relation to Alert Management.Assist line manager in timely completion of ad-hoc assignments.ACCOUNTABILITIES:PBG Alert Management Interface between the FLOD Operations, Correspondent banking RFI team (CIBTMR), Group & PB Compliance and the Business for resolution of queries related to AML alerts, RFI?s from Correspondent banks and sanctions (as applicable).Ensure timely update and reconciliation of tracker, follow-up and resolution of queries and highlight any exceptions, gaps or material findings to line manager on a timely basis for decision and action.Follow-up on the decision to close customers? accounts (based on trigger events).ReportingSupport in developing related MI dashboards and MI reports highlighting productivity and gaps following Alert Management activities by extracting relevant data from source systems.Compliance Training Material:Assist line manager in delivering PB Compliance related trainings and in completion of any other assigned projectsQualificationsMinimum QualificationBachelor?s Degree or Higher in Management, Banking or Finance, preferably with certification in AML, compliance and sanctions.Minimum ExperienceAt least 3-5 years of business experience preferably in a reputable international bank with an understanding of the global sanctions and AML landscape.Previous experience in Alert Management.Experience in AML and Sanctions is preferred.
